Shipping policy

Dispatch Time/Turn Around Time (TAT)

All orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days of payment of order to exclude weekends and/or holidays.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Express Shipping - If you purchase Express Shipping you must purchase before 1pm EST for your order to get sent out to the carrier the same day (MONDAY -FRIDAY ONLY). If you purchase on a SATURDAY the Item will be sent out on the following Monday...
  • Priority - typically 3-5 business days after the order has been picked up by the post office.
  • First Class - typically 5-7 business days after the order has been picked up by the post office.  

Insurance

All priority parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit.

You must file a claim with the USPS and a replacement of the damaged item will be resent as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit.

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
